When selling your Tucson Home a Tucson Structural Inspection may be done by a buyer interested in purchasing your home. While not too common, some buyers choose to have the structure inspected, particularly if there are any visible indications of structure problems.
If you are using the regular Arizona Realtors Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract the buyer will have an inspection period included in the contract, which is typically 10 days. During this timeframe the buyer may have a structural inspection done in addition to other inspections they are doing on your Tucson home. The buyer may choose any Tucson Structural inspection company they wish to perform the inspection. The Tucson Structural Engineer will probably be scheduled to inspect your home at the same time that the home inspection is taking place but possibly not. It just depends on the Tucson Structural inspectors schedule. If any problems are found with the structure of the home the buyers have the right to cancel the contract or ask you to repair them. A structural inspection report will prepared by the Tucson structural inspector and will be provided to you to verify what problems were found. It will be easy to read and any problems identified during the inspection will be included in the report. Other inspections that are commonly done are Tucson Termite Inspections and Tucson Roof Inspections. Some people even have Tucson Radon Inspections. Other people have Tucson Pool Inspections or Tucson Mold Inspections. If there is a septic system serving the property a Tucson Septic Inspection must be completed. | |
