When you sell your Tucson Home a Tucson Roof Inspection will probably be done by any buyer interested in purchasing your home. This is a common inspection and most buyers will have this one done.
If you are using the regular Arizona Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract the buyer will have an inspection period as part of the contract, which is typically 10 days. During this time the buyer may have a roof inspection done in addition to other inspections they are doing on your Tucson home.
