As a Tucson Home Seller you may have a Tucson Pool Inspection done by a buyer of the home you are selling. While not too common, some buyers choose to have the pool inspected when they buy a Tucson Home.
If you are using the regular Realtors Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract the buyer will have a time lined inspection period included in the contract, typically 10 days. During this timeframe the buyer might have a pool inspection done in addition to any other inspections they are doing on your Tucson home. The buyer may choose any Tucson Pool inspection company they wish to perform the inspection. The pool inspection will probably be scheduled to occur at the same time that the home inspection is taking place but possibly not. It just depends on the Tucson pool inspectors schedule. If any problems are found with the pool the buyers have the right to cancel the contract or ask you to repair them. Usually a pool inspection report will prepared by the Tucson pool inspector will be provided to you to verify what problems were found. It will be easy to read and understand and everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report. Other inspections that are commonly done are Tucson Termite Inspections and Tucson Roof Inspections. Some people even have Tucson Radon Inspections.
