Northwest Tucson has many Unsubdivided areas to choose from. Northwest Tucson is a geographical area that the Tucson Multiple Listing Service has mapped out that basically includes all the areas in the greater Tucson Metropolitan area that lie in the Northwest quadrant of the city.
Within Northwest Tucson lie the towns of Oro Valley and Marana. The gaps between those two political jurisdictions are Pima County lands and those areas are mostly Unsubdivided.
