Tucson Structural Inspections | |

A Tucson Structural Inspection may be done on any Tucson home you are considering for purchase.
If you are using the regular Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract there will be an inspection period included in the contract, which is usually 10 days. During this time it is important to have any structural Inspection you wish done in addition to any other inspections you are doing on your new Tucson home. There are many Structural inspection companies in Tucson to choose from. To locate a good Structural Inspector in Tucson, you might want to ask your Realtor for a referral. As Tucson Realtors we work with Structural inspectors in Tucson on a frequent basis and can offer several recommendations for you. We usually try to schedule the Structural Inspection to occur at the same time that the regular home inspection is taking place. That way we're all at the home anyway and don't have to make an additional trip back for each inspection. A Structural Inspection Report will be prepared by the Tucson Structural Inspector and forwarded to you within a couple of days. It will be easy to read and understand and any problems found during the inspection will be included in the report. If there is any evidence of structure problems reported we discuss them in detail and plan our next steps. Remember the importance of a Tucson Structural Inspection and have it done during the inspection period identified in your purchase contract. We will want to make sure to contact a couple of Tucson Structural Inspectors and get an inspection scheduled. You should be sure to use a qualified Tucson Structural Engineer for this one. Other inspections that are commonly done are Tucson Home Inspections and Tucson Termite Inspections.
