Cortona at Rancho Vistoso is a subdivision of new homes in Oro Valley just north of Tucson. This subdivision is sited around the southwest corner of the Rancho Vistoso Golf Course and some homes in Cortona have golf course view lots.

Cortona at Rancho Vistoso was built by Pulte Homes and all the homes for sale in Cortona one story models. Cortona at Rancho Vistoso Homes come in 4 basic floor plans ranging from the 1,563 Square foot Castello Model up to the 2,100 square foot Sovana Model. Note: A couple streets in Cortona (Versilla, Montelupo & Vinovo Pass) run over into the adjacent sister subdivision Monticello at Rancho Vistoso so homes appearing on those streets might be in either subdivision.

Many homes in Cortona have excellent views of the Catalina Mountains to the east looking across the fairways of the Vistoso Golf Course. Other Cortona Homes have Tortolita Mountain views as this subdivision sits right at the base of the Tortolita's. This subdivision is located in the very popular Master Planned Community of Rancho Vistoso and is only a couple miles from all Oro Valley Shopping and the new hospital in Oro Valley.

A Cortona home would be priced in the high 200's and go up from there to the high 300's. This subdivision is still under construction as of late 2008 and new homes in Cortona are still available.

Another Pulte subdivision in Oro Valley is Siena a beautiful gated community just up the street.

Cortona at Rancho Vistoso homes are served by the Amphitheater School District including the Painted Sky Elementary, Coronado K-8 and Ironwood Ridge High Schools.

Driving Directions: From Tangerine and La Canada go North on La Canada, Turn Left on Maspalomas, Look for Cortona on your right as you head up the gentle slopes of the Tortolita's. Map
