Stone Village is a new custom home gated golf community subdivision in Rancho Vistoso on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson. This is a small tight subdivision with small lots and very nice custom homes on them. Great for Snowbirds or Second Homes.

Stone Village is a small gated luxury subdivision that sits on the southeastern edge of the World Class Stone Canyon Golf Club. Many of the homes in Stone Village have excellent views of the Catalina Mountains, the Stone Canyon fairways or the Tortolita Mountains.

Stone Village homes are all Contemporary or Mediterranean in style and are all built by Pathway Development. A home in Stone Village will cost between $400,000 and $500,000 and all the Stone Village homes were built in the mid 2000's.

Nearby subdivisions include Stone Canyon to the North, Fairfield at Vistoso just across the street and Honey Bee Canyon to the Northeast.

Stone Village homes are served by the Amphitheater School District including the Painted Sky Elementary, Coronado K-8 Middle and Ironwood Ridge High Schools.

Driving Directions: From Tangerine and Rancho Vistoso Blvd, go North on Rancho Vistoso Blvd. Near the top of the hill Turn Left on Vistoso Highlands Drive. Follow that around the golf course to gated Stone Village on the right just before the huge Stone Canyon gated entrance. Map
