Skyranch is a new subdivision Northwest Tucson just a little west of Oro Valley. It is also just Southeast of Dove Mountain and is located in a rapidly developing area. Skyranch is comprised to 2 sections, Skyranch and Skyranch Estates, with Skyranch Estates featuring larger lots.

Skyranch homes are conveniently located close to all the amenities of Oro Valley with easy access to the freeway and several area golf courses. A new neighborhood shopping center has just opened at the entrance to Dove Mountain which is in the close vicinity.
