The homes for sale in La Cholla Hills were mostly all built in the mid to late 1980's and they are all one story, contemporary in style and made with the popular "Slump Block" Construction (looks a lot like brick). Just across the street from the Tucson National Golf Course, many of these La Cholla Hills homes have views of the mountains and desert vistas.
A really nice La Cholla Hills Home would have been recently remodeled or updated, have some views and probably cost in the range of $200,000 to $300,000 in today's market. This is a comfortable and friendly retirement subdivision so it's easy to get to know your neighbors and make new friends.
