The Fred Enke Golf Course, one of the Tucson Municipal Golf Courses, opened in December of 1983. This course is located on the South side of Tucson.
The Fred Enke Golf Course offers a true desert golf experience. The course is hilly and very well kept. Walking is allowed but due to the hilly characteristics of the course a golf cart is certainly recommended.
The Fred Enke course features large greens, an interesting array of bunkers and sand traps. The course has a distinct desert feel to it with very limited areas of grass and lots of desert terrain. Take your camera for some good desert pictures.
There are no homes for sale at the Fred Enke Golf course. This is a Tucson Municipal Golf Course.
Driving Directions: From Kolb and Irvington, Go East on Irvington. The Fred Enke Golf Course will be just past the Pima Community College on your left. Map
