The Forty Niner Country Club is a very nice luxury subdivision of Tucson Golf Homes located on the eastern side of town. Any Forty Niner Country Club home will probably have either golf course or mountain views.
Homes at the Forty Niner Country Club are a mixture of styles and ages so there is something there for almost anybody. Most of the homes in the Forty Niner are priced from around $500,000 up to about a million.
Forty Niner Homes are mostly built along the fairways of the Forty Niner Golf Course. The land is pretty flat here and there are lots of nice large trees. The Forty Niner is an older golf community in Tucson and is enjoyed by many. This is a laid back quieter area.
Homes in the Forty Niner Country Club are served by the Tanque Verde School District including the Tanque Verde Elementary, Emily Gray Middle and Sabino High Schools.
Nearby subdivisions include Reddington Ranch directly to the Northeast, La Cebadilla just to the East and The Lakes at Castle Rock a little to the West.
