Blanco Taco + Tequila is an Upscale Mexican restaurant in Tucson. We really like Blanco's! Located in the La Encantada Mall, this is a happening place with Great City Lights Views from the outdoor patio, perfect for sunset dining. We go to Blanco fairly often.
Blanco is not your typical Tex-Mex restaurant with flat food and lots of Mexican decor. This is a more modern open style with a truly different take on Mexican food in Tucson. You don't see Mexican food like this around much, it's different and it's Good! And the Margarita's ain't bad either!
The food at Blanco Taco + Tequila is really good, the Braised Short Rib Cheese Crisps are one of our favorite starters and often we'll stop in for lunch while shopping La Encantada and have one of those and a couple Margaritas.
Great place for dining anytime and then some shopping. Guys you can't go wrong with this plan. Take her out for lunch or dinner and go shopping for a little bit after, you can really build points fast and we all know how much the guys need those points!
Driving Directions: From Skyline and Campbell go north on Campbell about 100 yards or so turn Left into La Encantada. Blanco is located on the upper level at the on the corner, just steps from the parking lot. Map
Other Great Tucson Restaurants include Fleming's kitty corner across Sunrise to the Southeast, Anthony's in the Catalina's just across Campbell to the East & Hacienda Del Sol to the East on Sunrise.
