SaddleBrooke is a Private Golf Community about 10 miles north of Oro Valley on the Northern edge of Tucson. SaddleBrooke Golf is some of the best retirement community golf around, there's a lot of golf in Saddlebrooke, 63 holes altogether, WOW!
The Tucson/SaddleBrooke Course at SaddleBrooke Country Club was the original course in Saddlebrooke. This course now consists of 29 holes and is owned by SaddleBrooke Homeowners Association 1, a private age restricted residential retirement community, in which the course is located. This golf course features three 9 hole courses (SaddleBrooke, Tucson & Catalina) which, when combined with one another, create three different 18-hole combinations.
The Mountain View Course is another beautiful 18 hole course in SaddleBrooke. The Mountain View Course winds through the community of Saddlebrooke and is designed to blend in with the high desert environment that surrounds the community of Saddlebrooke. SaddleBrooke sits at the base of the Majestic Catalina Mountains at an approximate elevation of 3100 to 3300 feet.
The Preserve Course is the newest 18 hole course in Saddlebrooke and is now open. The Catalina Mountain views from The Preserve Golf Course are some of the best in town. There are lots of elevation changes as this course wanders through the newest portion of the SaddleBrooke development.
There are very active Mens & Womens Golf Associations, Lady Niners, and Lady Putters groups in Saddlebrooke so it is very easy to meet new friends and golfing partners.
There are 2 other Golf Retirement Communities in Tucson, Sun City Vistoso and Heritage Highlands and both have beautiful golf courses also.
Driving Directions: Go North on Oracle Road from Oro Valley. Pass through Catalina and look for the Saddlebrooke blvd Light just past Catalina. Turn Right and follow Saddlebrooke Blvd into Saddlebrooke. Map
