The Preserve at SaddleBrooke is a separate section of Luxury Homes in SaddleBrooke that lie generally on the Northern edge of SaddleBrooke. Most of this area is at a higher elevation than the rest of Saddlebrooke and most of these homes have exceptional views of the Catalina Mountains and Oro Valley to the Southwest.

The Preserve at SaddleBrooke Homes are all newer being built in the 2000's. There are still lots in the Preserve at Saddlebrooke if you are looking to build.

The homes for sale in the Preserve at SaddleBrooke are mostly contemporary in style with a few southwestern style homes mixed in. Most of these Preserve at SaddleBrooke homes are larger floorplans exceeding 3,000 feet.

A really nice Preserve at SaddleBrooke Home would come with great views and probably cost in the range of $700,000 to over a Million Dollars in today's market.

The only other nearby subdivision is Saddlebrooke itself, directly to the South. Further down the highway towards Oro Valley there are Eagle Crest and beyond that Black Horse Ranch.

Driving Directions: From Oro Valley head North on Oracle Road. After you pass through the little town of Catalina (about 12 minutes North of Oro Valley) Turn right on SaddleBrooke Blvd at the stop light. SaddleBrooke Blvd will take you right into SaddleBrooke. As you start down the hill into SaddleBrooke Go Left on Catalina Hills Drive to get to the Preserve. Map
