Oro Valley is a beautiful little town located just on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson. The Town of Oro Valley sits at an elevation of about 2600 feet, a little higher than Tucson. Approximately 40,000 residents now call Oro Valley home.

Oro Valley is an outdoor recreational mecca with lots of hiking, biking and golf. Oro Valley hosts the annual El Tour de Tucson bicycle race and the Tucson Marathon, which both bring thousands of participants and spectators to our little town. In fact, with all the recreational activities we have here, the Nick Jr. Family Magazine rated Oro Valley as one of the "Ten Most Playful Towns in America".

Oro Valley is also now home to a brand new state of the art Hospital, the Northwest Medical Center-Oro Valley. We are all very excited and proud to have this wonderful new hospital located right in the heart of Oro Valley.
