Monterra Knolls is a sister subdivision to Monterra Hills right in the middle of Oro Valley, just northwest of Tucson. This subdivision is in a good location with close access to everything Oro Valley has to offer.
Monterra Knolls is just as the name implies, it is a hilly subdivision with lots of Knolls. This subdivision is spread over and around several small knolls and hills located just to the north of Naranja Road and just a little west of 1st Avenue.
