La Paloma is a luxury Golf Resort Subdivision located in the Catalina Foothills overlooking the city of Tucson.
The centerpiece of La Paloma is the 5 star Westin La Paloma Resort. There is a golf course and full resort amenities here. The residential areas surround the course and the resort. A luxury home in La Paloma will probably have excellent views of either the Catalina Foothills or the City of Tucson below or both. The homes in La Paloma are a real mixture of architectural styles including old Hacienda styles, Southwestern and luxury Contemporary styles. Lot sizes vary in La Paloma as there are several different small subdivisions within the confines of La Paloma. There are tiny Town home lots and there are large lots of well over an acre. A La Paloma home can easily surpass one million dollars, although Townhomes in La Paloma can be had for less than $400.000. La Paloma homes are served by the Catalina Foothills School District including the Sunrise Elementary, Orange Grove Middle and Catalina Foothills High Schools. Driving Directions: From Swan and Sunrise go West on Sunrise to Via Palomita. You can turn North or South to enter La Paloma. There are also a couple of other entrances nearby.
