The Beautiful Tortolita Mountains, home of the World Class Gallery Golf Club is a beautiful Saguaro Studded Mountain Range in Northwest Tucson. The Gallery Golf Club has two fantastic courses, Gallery North (designed by Tom Lehman and John Fought) and Gallery South which opened in December 2003. There is a 28,000 foot award-winning Clubhouse with an elegant Southwestern flair and the new Gallery Sports Club which opened in January 2005.
The Gallery North Course is ranked #1 in Southwest Arizona by Golf Digest and is acknowledged as one of Golf Week’s Top 100 Modern Courses. Dramatic High Sonoran Desert & Mountain views abound as the course wanders through two rugged canyons. But watch out, there are lots of sand traps on this course. Pack a lunch, the 9th hole on this puppy is 725 yards!
The Gallery South Course is also highly acclaimed and differs greatly from the mountain course. This course lies lower on the foothills of the Tortolita Mountains and is a more gentle course.
Besides having a great bar and restaurant The Gallery Clubhouse has been awarded the prestigious Golden Nugget Grand Award For Architecture in 2000.
Driving Directions: From Tangerine & I-10, Go East on Tangerine, Go North on Dove Mountain Blvd. After you crest the hill and start back down, look for the gallery Golf Club sign on your right. Map
