The Desert Diamond Casino just a few minutes South of Tucson is lots of fun. This is a Tohono O'odham Nation Casino with good entertainment, good food and many of the traditional gaming tables.
The Desert Diamond Casino is open year round so head on down anytime. We have been down for dinner and a show a couple of times. The Agave Restaurant (Menu) is their signature restaurant and it's good. They present their shows and performances at the Desert Diamond Entertainment Center which is a great facility.
We're not big gamblers but this is a fun place to go and even if you don't gamble much. We have also attended several large social events here, so if you need something like that, they can probably arrange it.
They almost always have some type of special promotion going, usually to do with gambling or one of the holidays and these types of events are lots of fun. Note: Must be 21 to enter the gaming areas.
Driving Directions: From Tucson head South on I-10. Exit at Pima Mine Road and follow the signs to the Desert Diamond Casino. MAP
