Carmel Pointe is a smallish subdivision located in Oro Valley on the Northwest outskirts of Tucson. It is located adjacent to the Oro Valley Community & Recreation Center Featuring fitness classes as well as cardio and strength equipment. You can play racquetball, pickleball, tennis, or swim, Two 18-hole golf courses & Restaurant/Café. The homes in Carmel Pointe were all built by the same builder in the late 1990's and early 2000's.
